Job Description

About the Company

A globally recognised, award-winning data centre developer, owner, and operator with a rapidly expanding presence across the APAC region. With active projects underway across the region, this organisation delivers wholesale, colocation, and cloud infrastructure solutions for some of the world's most innovative and fastest-growing hyperscale and enterprise companies. This is a high-growth platform with regional headquarters in Singapore and a clear pipeline of major development activity across APAC.

About the Role

This is a critical delivery-focused role for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of construction projects across the Sydney market. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from inception through to practical completion — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders, playing a central role in keeping complex, fast-moving projects aligned and on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across all phases of delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams, subcontractors, and specialist consultants to ensure specifications are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions where required
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Prepare and present clear project reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage risk registers and mitigation strategies
  • Act as the central point of communication across all project stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues efficiently

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' project management experience within the building and construction industry
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong working knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
  • Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills, with clear and effective communication at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where delivery standards are high
