The Impact
Manage the delivery of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation.
Collaborate withtechnical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and ensure clarity of requirements.
Facilitateagile ceremonies, includingscrums, sprint planning, retrospectives,while driving accountability.
Help stakeholders understandwhat’spossible with AIand translate that into actionable project requirements.
Manage complexityacrossbudget, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
Navigateambiguity, turning challenges into actionable plans.
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years intechnicalfield(this can be a combination of academic, research-based, or professional environment).
2+ years of experience managing technical projectsin Agile environments
2+ years of experience managing data science or AI projects
The Ideal Qualifications
Education Master’s degree(preferred)inbusiness,computer science, engineering, or other applicablediscipline
Skills
Strong understanding of project management tools(JIRA, Confluence) and Agile frameworks.
Ability totranslatetechnical details into clear plans and communications.
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

Salary Range:
$104,900-$137,700
At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees. Your total compensation package includes either a bonus target or in a sales-focused role a Variable Incentive Compensation component.
