Main Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center infrastructure projects, from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Management: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Preparing and managing project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Scheduling: Developing and managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Allocation: Overseeing resource planning to ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and materials are available.
  • Technical Design and Implementation: Collaborating with architects and engineers to design technical infrastructure, ensuring proper integration of all systems.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with vendors, updating stakeholders on project progress, and assisting in contract negotiations.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing system installation, ensuring thorough testing and troubleshooting.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensuring adherence to regulations, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinating with various departments to resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Testing, Monitoring, and Maintenance: Ensuring systems are tested for performance and reliability, providing ongoing maintenance support.
  • Post-Project Review and Reporting: Ensuring smooth project handover, conducting post-implementation reviews, and providing detailed performance reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying process improvements and providing training on new systems and technologies.

Qualification:

  • Minimum S1 (Bachelor's degree) in Engineering or IT
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Basic understanding of Data Center operations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a structured environment
