Job Description

The Project Manager – Data Center is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in data center infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Lead the end-to-end management of data center construction and fit-out projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Tier III / Tier IV design and operational requirements, as applicable.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final acceptance of all mechanical, electrical, ELV, and IT infrastructure systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
