The Project Manager within IT Operations is responsible for delivering technology initiatives through the standardized PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, project delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance. The role supports enterprise platforms and partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery outcomes aligned to portfolio priorities.
o Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics, BI, Reporting, Data Integration, and Data Governance
o Additional Focus (PMO Service Execution Context)
o Deliver data and analytics initiatives through PMO demand, delivery, and reporting services
o Manage programs involving data platforms, pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting solutions
o Coordinate across data engineering, analytics, business stakeholders, and platform owners
o Support delivery of dashboards, reporting, data products, and data enablement initiatives
o Manage dependencies across source systems, data quality, and integration points
o Ensure governance, change, and operational readiness are addressed as part of delivery
o Provide consistent PMO reporting for initiatives with iterative or evolving scope
o Experience delivering data, analytics, or reporting initiatives
o Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, BI tools, or analytics ecosystems
o Experience managing iterative delivery aligned to business consumption
o Execute approved demand following PMO intake, prioritization, and funding workflows
o Validate scope, objectives, dependencies, delivery model, and success criteria
o Ensure alignment to platform roadmaps and portfolio priorities
o Own end‑to‑end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
o Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking
o Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors
o Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and delivery variance
o Coordinate resource plans within established capacity and demand constraints
o Support capitalization, forecasting, and financial governance processes
o Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross‑initiative dependencies
o Drive mitigation plans and escalate decision points as required
o Maintain transparent RAID reporting aligned to PMO standards
o Produce standardized PMO reporting (status, milestones, financials, KPIs)
o Support stage gates, portfolio reviews, and governance forums
o Ensure adherence to PMO delivery standards and auditability requirements
o Coordinate with Change Enablement and Release Management
o Ensure testing, cutover, communications, and readiness activities are planned and executed
o Support post‑deployment stabilization and transition to operations
