Project Manager - Darwin

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Darwin team, delivering fire protection projects across commercial and industrial sites. Join a growing, industry-leading fire protection company with a strong pipeline of work across the Northern Territory. About Us

About the Role

This is a site-based Project Manager role responsible for delivering projects from award through to completion.

You will manage all aspects of project performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Your Role

  • Managing project delivery, including budgets, timelines and resourcing
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
  • Procurement and management of materials and equipment
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
  • Monitoring project performance and reporting on progress
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and project requirements
  • Contributing to project planning and delivery from start to finish

About You

  • Diploma in Project Management (minimum requirement or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
  • Fire protection experience highly regarded (wet and/or dry fire)
  • Strong understanding of site-based project delivery
  • Experience managing subcontractors, procurement and project budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
  • High level of accountability, organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Candidates must hold valid Australian working rights

Defence Project Requirement

This role may involve work on Defence projects. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance and site access approvals.
