10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning, S4 Migration , with minimum 1year strong hands-on experience in o9 Solutions . Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain transformation and implementation projects using o9. Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, MRP and Supply Chain Control Tower . Lead projects from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare and production support . Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors and business users across the complete project lifecycle. Experience in o9 implementation/u pgrade projects , including integration with ERP and other enterprise systems. Strong knowledge of o9 platform architecture, workflows, planning models, KPIs, analytics and integration capabilities . Drive project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance and stakeholder communication . Coordinate with business, functional, technical and integration teams to ensure successful project delivery. Experience in Agile/Scrum project management , sprint planning, status reporting and issue/risk management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
