• Lead large ERP- and CRM-enabled business transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with KPMG quality standards and methodology.
• Manage complex, multi‑year transformation programs that may include ERP/CRM implementations, strategy work, Target Operating Model design, process optimization, and change management services.
• Take ownership of key project roles that are critical to the success of the transformation.
• Apply strong IT knowledge alongside excellent communication, inclusive leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
• Build trusted and long‑lasting relationships with clients through a strong focus on collaboration and quality.
• Act as a reliable partner on business‑critical initiatives with high impact for clients.
• Communicate effectively with both C‑level client sponsors and KPMG leadership.
• Lead, support, and motivate diverse project teams in a respectful and empowering way.
• Coach and support colleagues as a member of the Enterprise Solutions team.
• Contribute to the growth of the business unit through business development activities.
• Support the development of market offerings and assist with proposal writing.

• You bring a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in CRM/ERP implementations, including at least 4 years in a project management role.
• You have the skills to build credibility at C‑level, manage stakeholders effectively, and develop long‑term, trusted partnerships.
• You work independently as well as collaboratively in project teams, taking ownership and responsibility in a proactive and reliable way.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.
• You hold a certification in PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or another recognized project management methodology.
• You have solid knowledge of the D365 and/or Power Platform, enabling you to effectively guide and support your team.
• You know how to inspire and motivate a team and demonstrate inclusive and supportive leadership capabilities.
• You confidently engage with AI‑related topics, clearly communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions, and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Knowledge of other ERP or CRM platforms is considered a plus.
