About the Role

As a member of the CutOver team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing CutOver activities as part of a large-scale technology migration programme. Your work will span from following and executing existing processes and guidelines to implementing technical frameworks that ensure data is handled efficiently and responsibly.

You will develop a thorough understanding of data migration processes — Extraction, Transformation, Load, and Reconciliation (ETLR) — and play a direct role in shaping how we leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to optimise business processes and regulatory outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across technical and business functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project activities, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning deliverables to stakeholders.
• Accurately document and lead kickoff project meetings.
• Coordinate the communications process across all workstreams and stakeholders (meeting arrangements, generic email address creation, live events communication).
• Take ownership of high-level and mid-level plan preparation and ensure adherence to input delivery standards within the CutOver toolset.
• Define and enforce runbook standards: prepare format, brief teams, identify responsible owners, and secure on-time, quality delivery.
• Oversee delivery monitoring and live events reporting.
• Design workshop standards and guidelines; perform cutover and shift plan consistency checks.
• Support migration events including Trial Migrations, Dress Rehearsals, and Go-Live execution.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences.

Skills & Requirements

• Prior migration knowledge (left-to-right, ETLR processes).
• 2+ years of experience in PMO or Project Management.
• Understanding of process lifecycle flows and technical requirements for data provisioning.
• Structured, project management-oriented approach with a focus on process automation and improvement.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe).
• Understanding of client and business dynamics, and how these drive solution design.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Proven track record as a project manager or equivalent role.
