Prepare detailed
BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
for development teams.

Perform
process reengineering and workflow analysis
to identify improvement opportunities.

Manage
feature prioritization
using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and Kano.

Lead projects following
Agile/Scrum methodologies
, conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of
APIs, databases, and system integrations
.

Conduct
data analysis
using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Create
wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams
to communicate ideas effectively.

Use
JIRA
(and related tools) for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.

Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Minimum
8 years of experience
as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of
Agile and Scrum frameworks
with hands-on experience.

Proficiency in
SQL
and
Microsoft Excel
for data analysis.

Familiarity with
APIs, databases, and system integrations
.

Experience with
project management tools
such as
JIRA
or similar platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

EdTech domain experience
is highly preferred.
