We are actively recruiting a team of professional, driven experts to join Linesight and help us deliver outstanding projects for our clients. Frankfurt has established itself as one of the biggest data centre hubs in Europe, offering excellent connectivity for hyperscale and colocation data centre providers, and is continuing to attract major global investment.

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) - CSA at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Take ownership of the various project databases, ensuring the project database and other clientdeveloped tracking tools are updated with site submittals and accurate information
• Conduct research and engage with external suppliers to ensure all relevant information is included in initial site submittals
• Catalogue information from developers, landowners, utility companies and government officials
• Create site summary reports for each site
• Maintain the project milestone tracker
• Create a handover template for sites which have been acquired to ensure a seamless transition

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have knowledge package managing CSA (Civil,Structural, Architectural packages) above €100M
• Have experience project managing on Data Centres (preference), we may also consider other sectors that include; Heavy industrial, Pharma or Oil and gas
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
• Are currently living or looking to move to Frankfurt (you must have the right to work here already)
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing in English (essential) and ideally German
