Qualifications
Your Profile:
- You like responsibility, you are motivated and passionate (especially about corporate events)
- You are dynamic and enjoy leading, coaching, and briefing teams
- In-depth knowledge of project follow-up and budget management
- Excellent knowledge of AV equipment: lighting, rigging, video and audio
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the live event industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability handle strict deadlines
- Strong analytical skills that you can translate into conclusions and decisions
- A healthy amount of self-confidence and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in English, Dutch and French.
- Confident with current software tools, including Vectorworks.

Responsibilities
To strengthen the production team in Tildonk, we are looking for a Project Manager. Someone who is looking forward to be the driving force behind PRG’s next production, being responsible for its preparation, planning and execution from start to finish, within budget and on time. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Research and organization
- Gather all essential information for the project
- Validate the scope of the event with the client, understand his requirements and decide how to implement these in the most efficient way
- Involve the relevant internal departments
- Organize the correct use of assets, in collaboration with the technical advisor
Management and development
- Optimize the planning and costs of your project
- Be the go-to person in case of internal and external questions or problems
- Inform and lead the team, provide feedback, quality control and reporting
- Evaluate the projects and their effective planning
Follow-up and management
- Strictly monitor the progress, budget, costs, and margins of each project
- Closely follow up the project in order to make adjustments (material, people, operations) with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Coordinate deliveries and subrentals of materials
- Have an active onsite presence, fostering a client-friendly and responsive approach, while proactively ensuring last-minute adjustments are addressed efficiently.
- Carry out a post-job analysis of the project from A to Z, which you share with the parties involved
Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, procedures, and obligations during every step of the project planning & execution
- Intervene or prohibit work in case of non-compliance with applicable safety rules
