The Project Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle delivery of credit union core banking system conversions. Serving as the central orchestrator across credit union stakeholders, internal data conversion engineers, and third-party core vendors, the IPM drives on-time, on-scope core implementations—including core processor cutover, data migration, GL configuration, and third-party interface connectivity. This role demands deep familiarity with credit union core platforms and operations, a disciplined project management approach, and the communication skills to guide credit union staff through high-impact core system transitions with confidence and clarity. Coordination with the digital products implementation team occurs where core interfaces intersect, but the primary accountability of this role is the core conversion.

Blossom is an AI-native banking platform built with credit unions, covering core banking, digital banking, card processing, payments, and lending. It is fully integrated, cloud-native, developer-first, and designed for both humans and AI agents.
Credit unions typically run on a multitude of outdated systems. Blossom replaces that patchwork one vendor at a time, so institutions can modernize gradually and end up on a single intelligent platform that is continuously learning and evolving with them.
Founded in 2020, Blossom acquired HomeCU in the same year, went live with its new platform in 2023 and acquired CUProdigy in 2024 in order to upgrade all existing customers. Operating as a CUSO, Blossom has raised over $47M from its own customers. Today, the company serves over 350 credit unions, their thousands of employees and millions of members.
Blossom is headquartered in Ogden, UT and Coral Gables, FL. Its mission is to help credit unions flourish by building the first truly modern banking platform and make money a force for good.
