MISSION

Within the Group Finance Department, you will join the Finance IS Project team dedicated to controlling. Your mission will be to support the controlling management in optimizing their processes through the implementation and effective operation of IT solutions that support these processes. You will also make a strong contribution to the development of continuous improvement within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

  • Participating in functional and technical workshops related to the application components of the solution
  • Supporting the business in priority setting by providing an objective assessment and tracking of expected benefits
  • Writing specifications (functional and non-functional requirements)
  • Monitoring the implementation of the solution to meet new business needs
  • Securing the project schedule: defining milestones, prioritizing tasks, assigning team members to deliverables, and managing scope
  • Leading testing phases in terms of planning, defect tracking, and advising key users
  • Coordinating business testing and deployment phases
  • Contributing to change management initiatives with business teams to ensure proper understanding and adoption of delivered solutions
  • Facilitating communication between all stakeholders and providing visibility through clear and concise reporting

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You hold a Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) from a higher education institution (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree)
  • Experience in management controlling
  • Significant experience in IT/finance project management or participation in project phases as a key business user
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and flexible when facing changing priorities
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and committed to developing a thorough understanding of the context and objectives behind expressed needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in both English and French
