Typical project budgets: €100K€ – €10,000K€

  • Stakeholder Management – Serve as primary customer interface; facilitate steering committees; manage partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Technical Coordination – Orchestrate design reviews, FAT/SAT, mock‑ups, PoCs, and cut‑over plans with Engineering, Solution Architects, and Field teams.
  • Commercial & Contracting – Administer contracts, variations/claims, and change orders; ensure compliance with SOW, SLAs, warranty, and acceptance criteria.
  • Documentation & Handover – Ensure as‑built documentation, training, O&M manuals, and successful handover to Service/Support.
  • Travel – Up to 50% across EMEA for sites, customer meetings, supplier audits, and commissioning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • >10 years of project management delivering control room, KVM, and/or Professional AV integration projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing €100K€–€10M€ projects with multi‑site, multi‑vendor scope in EMEA.
  • Strong grasp of KVM (e.g., matrix & IP‑based KVM, redundancy, video wall routing) and Pro AV (signal distribution, video walls, controllers, encoders/decoders).
  • Familiar with mission‑critical environments and concepts (24/7 operations, redundancy/N+1, uptime SLAs, cybersecurity considerations).
  • Proficient with project tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent; Jira/Confluence; Excel for cost & progress reporting).
  • Languages: Fluent English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) are an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, AV Technology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Certifications (preferred): PMP PRINCE2, AVIXA CTS/CTS‑I/CTS‑D, ITIL Foundation

Technical & Domain Knowledge (Nice to Have)

  • Compliance: ISO 9001/14001/27001, CDM & local site regulations, cybersecurity hardening, data privacy, export controls (where applicable).
