As Project Manager, you will turn agreed priorities into projects that are delivered on time and make a visible difference. You will plan and run projects from first plan to final result, bring the right stakeholders in early and keep decisions moving across functions. By understanding what stakeholders need and connecting it with Novo’s strategy, you will help create progress that benefits both Novo and society – and share what works so the next project starts stronger. This is a contract hiring for about 6 months period.

You will join Market Access Public Affairs team in Indonesia, where colleagues connect commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across therapy areas, helping guide the Novo portfolio and strengthen competitiveness. You will be reporting to Associate Director, Market Access & Public Affairs.
Your work sits at the meeting point of internal functions and external stakeholders. Internally, you will work closely with colleagues across key functions, understanding their roles and aligning on deliverables. Externally, you will build relationships with stakeholders and opinion leaders, using the communication channels that work best for each of them. These relationships create the clarity and alignment that keep projects moving at pace.
You will be trusted to own your projects from start to finish and to make your voice heard. Once a decision is made, you will help the team commit and move forward together. Working across functions and with external stakeholders gives you broad exposure to how Novo creates value, and the chance to build new skills through practical, on-the-job experience alongside experienced colleagues.
