We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Regional Process Management team and drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and project execution across Sales, After Sales, and Cash Collection processes in the CEE region.

The role combines project management, process excellence, stakeholder management, and digitalization. You will identify improvement opportunities, lead regional and cross-functional initiatives, and help optimize business performance through standardization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional and local projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and harmonization across countries and business units.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across GBS, Business Units, IT, and other internal partners.
• Identify and support opportunities for automation, digitalization, AI, RPA, Power Platform, SAP, and analytics.
• Monitor process KPIs, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Present recommendations, project results, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Act as a change ambassador, supporting the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, operational excellence, shared services, finance, sales operations, or business transformation.
• Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Sales, After Sales, Order-to-Cash, or Cash Collection processes.
• Experience with digitalization, automation, and change management.
• Knowledge of SAP/S4HANA, Power BI, Power Platform, ServiceNow, RPA, or AI solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent German language skills to communicate with customers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset.
