• Lead or actively participate in complex, innovative projects across building construction, logistics, and various industrial sectors.

• Take full ownership of assigned construction projects, leveraging technical expertise to enhance the performance and capabilities of the project team.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design and quality standards, consistently meeting client expectations.

• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients, addressing concerns promptly and keeping projects on track.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to business development across diverse industries.

• Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external teams, acting as the main point of contact for all project and operational matters.

• Conduct thorough technical due diligence to support project planning and execution.

• Collaborate effectively across disciplines and locations, fostering a cohesive and high-performing project team.

Qualifications

• University degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, property or construction management, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of building permit and occupancy permit processes, as well as construction law requirements under Czech legislation.

• Solid technical expertise in all construction-related matters.

• Extensive background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to drive results.

• Persuasive, assertive, and collaborative team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

• Resilient, with entrepreneurial thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel regularly as required by project needs.

• Fluent in Czech and English, working proficiency in German (good to have).
