Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
Minimum 11 years of experience managing hydropower construction projects.
Strong capability in project planning, cost control, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
Proven leadership in managing large construction teams.
Deep understanding of HSE and quality standards for hydropower projects.
