ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for industrial projects and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.
WHAT WE NEED:
You have a Master's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Engineer — ideally in construction or industrial environments.
As a Project Manager, you have the ability to translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects.
You have a first experience in project environment as engineer or manager/lead.
With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
As a Project Manager, you have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
You have an eye for detail and execute projects and tasks with precision.
You are flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus
You speak fluently Fluent in Polish & English; other languages are considered a plus.
