Job Description

Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.

We are more than 34,000 people, in over 30 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life. Everyone has an important role to play. With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.

As a Project Manager – Construction Delivery, you will support and coordinate the successful delivery of construction-related activities within complex, highly regulated programme environments. The role is focused on providing construction delivery leadership, coordinating and delivering project management capability across defined packages, site areas or technical interfaces.

This is a management-level role, working across client, contractor, consultant and multidisciplinary delivery teams. You will help ensure construction activities are planned, coordinated and delivered in line with agreed scope, programme, cost, quality, safety and governance requirements.

The role requires a balanced approach between site engagement, project management discipline and stakeholder coordination. You will be expected to understand delivery constraints, support practical and technical issue resolution, maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to support effective decision-making.

You will act as a key interface between construction delivery, project management, engineering, commercial, project controls, H&S, quality and wider stakeholder teams. You will help integrate construction delivery into wider programme governance, supporting a collaborative, controlled and outcome-focused delivery environment.

You could be part of establishing and supporting major nuclear programmes, with an opportunity to contribute to nationally significant infrastructure and energy transition outcomes. With this being a fast-paced and evolving environment, you should be comfortable working with uncertainty, ambiguity and change.
