What You'll Do

• 
  Lead all phases
  of civil construction
  projects, ensuring work
  is completed safely, on
  schedule, within budget, and to quality
  standards.
• 
  Develop project execution
  strategies, schedules,
  and cost forecasts.
• 
  Foster a strong
  culture of health, safety, and environmental
  compliance across project
  teams and subcontractors.
• 
  Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, change management, and cost controls.
• 
  Review contract documents
  and ensure contractual
  obligations are understood
  and fulfilled.
• 
  Procure and administer
  subcontract agreements
  and major purchase
  orders.
• 
  Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and regulatory agencies
  throughout the project
  lifecycle.
• 
  Identify project risks
  and develop
  mitigation strategies while
  capitalizing on opportunities
  to improve project
  performance.
• 
  Monitor construction progress
  and resolve technical, scheduling, and operational
  challenges.
• 
  Prepare regular reports
  on project status, financial performance,
  schedule, and safety
  metrics.
• 
  Lead project closeout
  activities, including final
  documentation, commissioning, and turnover.
• 
  Coordinate design development
  to support project
  schedules and construction
  requirements.
• 
  Monitor design quality, constructability, and
  regulatory compliance.
• 
  Facilitate communication
  among design consultants, owners, and construction
  teams to resolve
  issues efficiently.
