The Role

• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on schools and minor works (experience in these areas highly regarded).
• Administering construction contracts and managing client-side operations.
• Coordinating site meetings and stakeholder communications, including travel to regional areas as required.
• Maintaining compliance with safety standards and quality assurance processes.
• Driving efficiency and problem-solving to keep projects on track.
• Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting a broader cultural shift within the business.

About You

• Degree in Construction or Project Management (or similar).
• 4+ years’ experience delivering projects up to $4M.
• Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communicator, client-focused, and detail-driven.
• Passionate about team culture, change, and continuous improvement.
• SA Driver’s Licence required; trade background desirable but not essential.
