WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A passionate, exceptionally organized and solutions-oriented thinker, you expertly manage end-to-end production for projects within the concept design team. You are a creative strategist and thought-partner, instrumental in developing and delivering best-in-class concept expression creative on behalf of Nike.

You have outstanding communication skills and thrive under pressure, embracing change and knowing when and where to be flexible making you an invaluable partner to your creative and cross functional teammates. You have experience producing across various mediums, both physical and digital (i.e. content, experiences, retail build, etc.) and can apply your skillsets to the ever-growing Nike landscape. No matter the project at hand, you nurture creativity and cultivate collaboration with any person/team you partner with as you bring projects through to success.

You can work directly with creatives and can commission work from a varied and broad network of agencies and creative individuals. Whether you’re managing a rig room build, commissioning a 3D animator or engaging a vendor to execute an activation, you don’t get phased by ambiguity– instead, you are energized by the challenge of learning as you go.

You speak up, challenge the brief or project scope and help re-route obstacles to land on new solutions. You simplify complex information and clear obstacles to give space for the best possible creative solutions.

You bring people together – you’re the master collaborator who knows how to get the best out of everyone.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Day-to-day, you will manage creative production from planning to final asset executions, delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll work collaboratively to execute against the brief delivering on time and within budget. From project to project you’ll commission and manage multiple creative partners anywhere from world-renowned agencies to talented individuals all while keeping your focus on delivering.

You will drive budget management & contract execution in partnership with Nike Legal. You will ensure that all productions are compliant with Nike processes to mitigate risk on behalf of the brand.

On set or at activations, you will expertly the management of the production, establishing the run of show and maintaining production schedules. You are the connection point between all internal & external teams, seamlessly communicating details so that all partners are aligned.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Who will you work with…

Day-to-day, you will be working with the Nike creative concept team including designers, copywriters, art directors and creative leaders, as well as your broader production team and external creative partners.

On a project basis, you will work with a variety of Nike Design and Concept team partners, leadership and other cross-functional business functions such as Product Management, Merchandising, Insights, and Marketing.

As the production expert on behalf of Nike, you will nurture your external creative network, building strong relationships on behalf of Nike to the industry at large.
