Commercial Roofing-Project Manager
San Antonio, TX | $90,000–$115,000 + up to 10% bonus
We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across San Antonio. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage the details, lead people well, and deliver high-quality results from kickoff to closeout with $1-10 million projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders
Oversee contracts, billing, and submittals
Lead Project Coordinators and Superintendents
Promote safety, quality, and teamwork on every job
Maintain strong client and vendor relationships
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial construction experience (roofing preferred)
2+ years as an Assistant PM or higher
Strong communication and organization skills
OSHA 30 preferred, valid driver’s license required
