  • 1-3years of experience inQualitativemarket research or related field

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiencyin project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma or medicine is strongly preferred

  • Experience in a client or customer facing role is strongly preferred

  • Experience in Market Research is strongly preferred

  • Ablityto work cross functionally with otherSermoteams to achieve our clients research goals

Responsibilities

  • Own successful project outcomesby working directly with clients to achievetheirqualitative research outcomes

  • Oversee Project Leaders and Associates in line with established KPIs.

  • Manage performance conversations and ongoing training of a team.

  • Manage client project escalations and overall project communication.

  • Ensure performance is aligned to internal andexternalproject and people management SOP expectations

  • Participate in and lead training and onboarding of new team members

  • Support training and coaching ofrecruitment approaches withmore juniormanagers and associates

  • Liaise with Quality Assurance, Compliance and Operations to communicate, train and oversee Adverse Event Reporting activities depending on client requirements.
