Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming Civil infrastructure project based accrpss Dublin . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the civils package of the project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This project is expected to run for over two years, with additional work planned in the area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly within the utilities or power sector, and will possess excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the civils package on a major transmission infrastructure project.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures on-site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Lead regular site meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture across the project team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large-scale civils or utilities projects.
• Strong understanding of transmission infrastructure and associated civil works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to site as required.
