Civil Land Development Project Manager

We’re seeking a skilled Civil Project Manager to join our Mesa office and lead the design and execution of high-impact land development projects throughout Arizona. As a key leader on our team, you'll drive a wide range of private-sector land development projects—from concept to construction. This role offers a hands-on blend of technical leadership, project management, and client engagement
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the design and delivery of commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use land development projects.
Oversee preparation of site plans, grading and drainage, utility layouts, roadways, and stormwater systems using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and secure the necessary project permits.
Act as the main point of contact for clients—building trust and delivering clear communication at every project stage.
Mentor and support junior engineers and designers, promoting a culture of quality, learning, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in civil/site design (10+ preferred).
P.E. license required (degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering a plus).
Advanced skills in Civil 3D and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Strong leadership and client management capabilities.
Experience in private land development, including:m aster-planned communities, Multi-family and commercial developments, Industrial/retail sites, Private roadways and drainage infrastructure
