As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to strengthen our Technical Department, working on the delivery of high-end resort development.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of a major hospitality development project, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. The role acts as the primary coordinator between owners, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with all technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

The position requires full-time residence at the project location for a minimum period of two (2) years

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Manage all phases of the construction project from planning and mobilization through completion and handover.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Review and evaluate project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to senior management.
• Ensure effective cost control and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance on site.
• Support procurement and contract administration processes when required.
• Ensure successful project commissioning, completion, and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in hotel developments, hospitality projects, mixed-use developments, or other large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, contract administration, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to reside in the project area for a minimum period of two (2) years
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
