Job Title – Project Manager – Civil
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager – Civil to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction works within a premium real estate development environment. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil works.Oversee end-to-end execution of civil construction activities.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Site Management & SupervisionSupervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.Resolve site-related issues and manage project risks effectively.
Contract & Vendor ManagementManage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.Review and approve technical submittals, variations, and claims.Negotiate contract terms and ensure alignment with project objectives.Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery.
Quality & ComplianceEnsure all civil works comply with local regulations and industry standards.Implement quality assurance and quality control processes.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.Address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Financial & Cost ManagementMonitor project budgets and control costs effectively.Track project expenditures, variations, and financial performance.Prepare cost reports and forecasts.Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure effective communication and alignment across all parties.Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Reporting & DocumentationPrepare project reports, progress updates, and performance metrics.Maintain accurate documentation of project activities.Track milestones, risks, and deliverables.Ensure proper documentation for audits and project handover.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.8–12 years of experience in civil project management within real estate or construction industries.Proven experience managing large-scale residential or commercial developments.UAE project experience is highly preferred.
