Position: Project Manager - Civil

Experience: Minimum 12+ years

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 35,000 - 45,000 (Negotiable - Subject to performance in the Interview)

Joining: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of high-rise building projects, ensuring

successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Lead project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects,

consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Review and approve engineering designs, construction plans, and project specifications.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards,

and regulations.

Manage and control project resources, budgets, and timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and construction-related issues as they arise.

Ensure quality control procedures are followed, reviewing materials, methods, and

progress to maintain high standards.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting any risks and mitigation

strategies.

Liaise with senior management and project owners to ensure alignment on project goals

and deliverables.

Ensure that all documentation, including drawings, change orders, and contracts, are kept

up to date and archived properly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or higher degree preferred).

Applicants with FIDIC contract experience

A minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing civil engineering projects, with a

specific focus on high-rise buildings (G+10 and above).

Proven experience in managing projects from concept to completion, including approvals,

design, and construction phases.

Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource

allocation.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee large teams and

collaborate effectively with other departments.

Proficient in using civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

Proven track record of delivering large-scale high-rise building projects on time and within

budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with reputable construction companies in the UAE or GCC region.

Knowledge of sustainability practices in civil engineering.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
