We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead design and construction projects at our project site in Cagayan De Oro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring that all goals and objectives are accomplished within the established timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project phases are executed efficiently.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor project performance against established objectives.
• Oversee the project’s construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes.
• Implement project management best practices and maintain proper documentation to track progress and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure that mitigation strategies are in place.
• Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant laws, codes, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in vertical construction or a related industry.
• Strong project management skills and a proven track record in successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and cost parameters.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Can start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned to the project site in CDO.
