Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a leading financial institution, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project governance within the client’s organization under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.
• Leading project boards and ensuring effective decision-making processes.
• Project monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.
• Risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget management and financial oversight.
• Performance management to ensure project objectives are met.
• Process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Follow-up on project documentation and change control procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Business experience in Human Resources is mandatory; experience in Learning & Development or Recruitment is preferable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) and demonstrate strategic thinking.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
• Team spirit and management skills, with the ability to motivate people.
• Structured and goal-oriented work style.
• Expectation of 50% on-site presence and 50% homeworking.
• No travel required.
