We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst. Someone curious, analytical, and ready to grow into a bridge between business and tech. You’ll get hands-on mentoring from senior PMs/BAs, while contributing directly to projects that matter.

What would you work on?

• Write lightweight specs - translate business needs into concise functional notes your dev teammates can ship from (no 30-page PDFs).
• Turn ideas into clear user stories - shadow a senior PM/BA, sketch simple flows, and capture requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Shape the roadmap with guidance - help score ideas by impact/effort, propose MVPs, and keep priorities aligned with tech feasibility.
• Keep the backlog healthy - break epics into actionable tasks, triage bugs, clarify scope.
• Drive delivery with the team.

What makes you a great candidate?

• Have a strong technical or mathematics background Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or in your final years) at a top university - and a product mindset.
• Think analytically - you model problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate clearly - you challenge assumptions, align stakeholders, and simplify complexity.
• Own outcomes - proactive, structured, reliable, with a strong bias to action.
• Language - Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages welcome).
