ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Manager & Business Analyst (PM/BA) plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of Data, Digital, and Process initiatives across Eakin Healthcare. Working at the intersection of business stakeholders, the Data Team, and the Process (ERP & systems) Team, the role ensures that projects are clearly defined, well prioritised, and delivered in a structured, controlled, and value driven manner.
As Eakin Healthcare continues to scale through organic growth and acquisition, this role provides essential structure, discipline, and clarity across an increasingly complex data, systems, and process landscape.
As Eakin Healthcare’s data platforms, systems landscape, and process complexity continue to grow, this role provides essential capability in requirements gathering, process analysis, project coordination, and delivery governance. The PM/BA will take ownership of translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and structured delivery plans allowing technical and process specialists to focus on execution and value creation rather than administrative overhead.
This is a hybrid role combining project management discipline with strong business analysis capability, supporting initiatives across data platforms, reporting, ERP/process optimisation, system integrations, and digital transformation programmes.
The PM/BA is accountable for delivery coordination, governance, and outcomes, while technical and process specialists retain accountability for solution design and build.

Fifty years ago, Eakin Healthcare started with one man’s mission: pharmacist, Tom George Eakin. He saw his patients struggling with leaking urostomy pouches and decided enough was enough. He got to work and formulated what would become the game-changing, eakin Cohesive® seal.
Fast forward to today, and we’re still keeping it in the family. We’ve grown a lot since then, both organically and through acquisitions. Now we’ve got you covered with a range of medical devices across our therapeutic areas of Ostomy, Respiratory and Surgical and our delivery service, Respond.
Our vision is to improve healthcare outcomes for people by delivering trusted solutions in focused therapeutic areas within our chosen global markets.
>Ostomy - We manufacture and supply high quality ostomy pouches and skin friendly accessories to hospitals and end-users in the community in more than 30 countries, including our flagship product, eakin Cohesive® seals.
Our award- winning discreet ostomy home delivery and nursing service, Respond, operates throughout the UK.
>Respiratory - We manufacture innovative products for use in anaesthesia, respiratory and critical care including AquaVENT® heated humidified circuits. Our respiratory products for both adult and neonatal patients are highly regarded in the UK, US, Europe and South America.

We aim to deliver improved surgical outcomes to professionals and are proud to be an NHS and HSE trusted supplier in the UK.
