Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report on Business vision, Digital Storylines, and Digital Roadmap and ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic transformation ambition;
  • Monitor risks and issues to ensure they are identified early and mitigated effectively;
  • Organize and prepare for the meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and for low-up activities;
  • Coordinate closely with members to ensure that al documentation and supporting materials are prepared and approved;
  • Maintain and update actions and decisions logs;
  • Facilitate the review and update the Terms of Reference;
  • Maintain the stakeholders list and update as needed;
  • Engage with the core members (e.g., Co-business leads and GDO lead) on a regular basis;
  • Support coordination of budget preparation and planning together with budget officers and DTO PMO;
  • Regularly review the process for potential improvements;
  • Perform regular quality controls on the demand management pipeline;
  • Provide requirements for improvements of the Demand Management Tool;
  • Manage reporting (in and out the VC, i.e. for OTC, STC), compile these reports to present an overall perspective of the Value Chain’s status;
  • Provide support on workshops organization and animation, materials, and action points for low-up;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Knowledge of business requirement modelling techniques (UML, BPMN);
  • Good command of English

Proven experience in:

  • Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience eliciting, & preparing business requirement documents;
  • Experience with writing user stories;
  • Experience with preparing testing cases and executing them.
