Project Manager – Building Services | Brisbane Join a well-established Building Services team in Brisbane delivering major multidisciplinary projects across Defence, Data Centres, Commercial, Health and Transport. You’ll step into a supportive, collaborative team made up of experienced long-term staff and fresh talent, with a strong culture and a genuine focus on work life balance.   The Role As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of building services projects from start to finish, managing scope, programme, cost and risk while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes, while also supporting team development and contributing to business growth.   Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver projects across the full lifecycle 
• Manage scope, programme, cost and risk 
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams 
• Build strong client relationships 
• Support bids and business development 
• Mentor and guide junior team members 

  About You 

• Experience delivering projects in building services, property or infrastructure  
• Strong project management capability across cost, programme and risk 
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams 
• Commercially aware and client-focused 
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
