About this Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end project lifecycles across a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives. This role plays an essential part in delivering impactful solutions for products such as IoT, Mobile Private Networks, Cloud Infrastructure, Software as a Service, Connectivity, and SAFe transformations. The individual will manage complex software and hardware integration projects within international matrix teams, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business expectations.

What you will do

  • Manage complex projects covering software development, hardware infrastructure, and integrated system solutions across international matrix teams.
  • Oversee all phases of project management, including scope definition, detailed planning, financial monitoring, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure adherence to governance processes, maintaining full control over project scope, budget, benefits tracking, and expenditure.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing project management methodologies and documenting outcomes.
  • Review internal processes and provide improvement recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support best-practice sharing to strengthen organisational delivery performance.
  • Produce accurate, timely progress reports and manage risks and issues with effective escalation where required.
  • Prepare and maintain the Project Plan, ensuring effective use of change control mechanisms.
  • Deliver clear and structured communication to all stakeholders based on established project communication plans.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned activities to support future efficiency and capability development.
  • Maintain project systems and documentation at the highest quality levels.
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers alongside international matrix teams.

Who you are

  • Experienced in delivering IT projects involving both hardware and software integration, meeting timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Skilled in managing multiple complex IT/TELCO projects within international environments.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Experienced in coordinating project teams in matrix structures and fostering collaboration.
  • Adept at conflict resolution and building strong working relationships with Vodafone Group entities, local markets, and suppliers.
  • Proficient in technical project management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and third‑party coordination.
  • University graduate in computer science, engineering, telecommunications, management, or related fields.
  • Certified in Prince2, PMP, SAFe/Agile, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Fluent in English at B2 level or above; additional languages are an advantage.
