We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.
Mission
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle.
This is a client-facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success, with a growing focus on managing the rollout of agentic AI solutions in regulated industries.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Lead multi-month, cross-functional projects, including agentic AI deployments — ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations around AI solution delivery, adoption timelines, and change management.
- Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across teams that include solution architects, AI engineers, and domain specialists.
- Coordinate the delivery of multi-agent workflows and AI-powered automation projects, managing dependencies between AI components, integrations, and business processes.
- Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships, including upselling additional AI agent use cases.
Very likely you can be successful if you have
- 7+ years of experience managing complex projects (ideally BPM or digital transformation), preferably in financial services and /or other major industry verticals.
- Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI/ML project lifecycles i.e. understanding how AI solutions move from design and prototyping through to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to translate AI capabilities and limitations into business language.
- Proven delivery management skills; able to guide both people and process in environments where requirements evolve as AI capabilities are validated.
- Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing projects involving AI, automation, or intelligent process orchestration.
- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI practices, or model risk management frameworks in regulated industries.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts (multi-agent systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, RAG) at a level sufficient to manage scope, risk, and client conversations.
