About the Role A marketing firm is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Project Manager to oversee client communication and keep projects organized, timely, and strategically on point. This is a high-ownership role where you'll be the connective tissue between clients and internal teams — managing multiple moving pieces at once while ensuring every project runs smoothly from kickoff to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage project timelines and coordinate internal teams across multiple active projects
• Track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve issues proactively
• Provide strategic input to enhance project outcomes

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Create a seamless, professional experience for clients at every touchpoint
• Communicate clearly and consistently to keep all stakeholders aligned

Qualifications

• Marketing experience required
• Prior project management experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
