We are looking for an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through successful completion. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously. You will ensure projects remain on track, identify potential risks early, maintain clear communication, and drive teams toward timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Break projects into actionable tasks and assign ownership across relevant teams.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining execution quality.

ClickUp & Project Management

• Use ClickUp to create and maintain projects, tasks, workflows, timelines, dashboards, and documentation.
• Ensure project information, deadlines, dependencies, and ownership remain accurate and up to date.
• Develop effective project workflows and tracking mechanisms to improve visibility and accountability.
• Generate project status reports and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Coordinate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Conduct regular project check-ins and follow up on pending actions.
• Ensure requirements and expectations are clearly communicated across teams.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and resolve execution-related challenges.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and delays proactively.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when required.
• Track blockers through resolution and ensure timely decision-making.
• Continuously monitor project health and take corrective action when needed.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Establish and improve project management processes, templates, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
• Track key project metrics and provide clear progress reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, workflows, and delivery efficiency.
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for future initiatives.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and delivery processes
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
