  • The Project Manager - Services is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the services sector. This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will also manage resources, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation:

    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Project Execution and Coordination:

    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project plans.

    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Resource Management:

    • Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment.

    • Ensure resource availability and allocation in line with project requirements.

    • Track and report on resource utilization and performance.

  • Quality Assurance and Control:

    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

    • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met.

    • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.

    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

    • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Knowledge, skills, abilities:

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

  • Proven project management within the services sector.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
