The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, execution and delivery of content-related projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Builds and maintains complex project plans and milestones
• Manages and provides leadership for the delivery of projects
• Manages project support and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resource allocation
• Projects may include implementing process improvements
• Makes updates to policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and guidelines for project management
• Resolves prioritization conflicts between projects
• Maintains project status and performance data used for reporting
• Organizes project activities and meetings across broader teams
• Monitors work of subject matter expert personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives
• Manages and communicates project scope, goals and responsibilities to project team; establishes clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI standards)
• Ability to create and maintain formal project schedules using PM tools such as Smartsheet
• Ability to create and maintain formal project reports using Doc, Slides, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Content Conversion service domain knowledge
