About The Job:

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Oversee system integrations and delivery of technology-driven solutions across various business areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations such as AML requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices.
  • Prepare regular updates and status reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within project teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience managing banking software projects is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Exposure to areas such as loan management, CRM, or digital banking will be considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage flexible working hours to accommodate global meetings.
