What You'll do:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from definition to final delivery;
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timeline, and resources;
• Ensure functional alignment between all involved areas;
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies;
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budget;
• Ensure clear and continuous communication with stakeholders;
• Ensure proper project documentation and governance;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes;
• Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience managing end-to-end projects;
• Experience in the banking sector is required;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid);
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.);
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (as a complement, not the main focus);
• Ability to lead projects autonomously;
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership mindset and sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in Portuguese and Eglish;
