What is Being Offered:

• $75K-$85K base + bonus (OTE $135K-$170K)

What The Position is About:

• Own the office-side of the post-sale production process
• Review contracts and project details with the sales team
• Create material lists and order materials for each project
• Schedule projects, assign crews, and manage production calendars
• Negotiate with crews and vendors as needed
• Monitor project profitability
• Keep projects moving from sales through installation while maintaining accurate and updated project documentation

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Experience managing the post-sale side of residential construction, remodeling, building materials, or similar
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented personality
• Strong understanding of job profitability
• Comfort managing a high volume of projects and moving pieces simultaneously
