• This is a rapidly growing exterior remodeling company servicing customers in the Denver, Front Range, and Mountain communities of Colorado
• Authorized dealer of Marvin, ProVia, and James Hardie products

What The Position is About:

• Oversee and inspect the planning, execution, and completion of projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Manage the installation team, ensuring continuous improvement and training
• Prepare and review scope of work and change orders
• Create the material order list
• Review proposals and contracts
• Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity
• Timely and accurately read, interpret, and update paperwork throughout the course of the project
• Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect final payments with customers after job completion

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 2+ years of project management experience within residential remodeling
• Siding experience
