This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating product releases, managing multiple client environments, handling operational requests, and ensuring smooth platform administration—enabling product and engineering teams to focus on innovation and long-term roadmap execution.

The key roles and responsibilities for this position include the following:

 
  1. Client & Request Management
    1. Own projects with multiple clients from the product standpoint.
    2. Act as the primary operational point of contact for multiple enterprise clients.
    3. Manage and track client requests including: Enhancements, Configuration changes, Defects and issues, Operational and administrative requests
    4. Triage, prioritize, and coordinate requests with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
    5. Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and resolution closure with stakeholders.
  2. Release Management
    1. Own end-to-end release coordination across multiple client environments.
    2. Plan and manage: Feature releases, Patches and hotfixes, Client-specific deployments
    3. Maintain release calendars and deployment schedules.
    4. Track dependencies, readiness, risks, and post-release validation.
    5. Ensure controlled and predictable releases with minimal business disruption.
  3. ServiceNow Platform & Instance Administration
    1. Oversee administration of ServiceNow-based applications across client instances.
    2. Manage user access and role assignments, configuration governance as well as environment coordination.
    3. Ensure consistency, stability, and compliance across environments while supporting client-specific needs.
    4. Partner with development teams to support deployments and configuration changes.
  4. Operational Project & Program Management
    1. Drive execution of multiple parallel workstreams across clients.
    2. Track milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
    3. Maintain operational dashboards and status reports.
    4. Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  5. Process, Governance & Documentation
    1. Establish and improve operational processes for request intake and prioritization, release governance and environment and instance management
    2. Create and maintain documentation such as: Runbooks, Release notes, Operational guidelines
    3. Ensure structured handoffs between product, engineering, and client-facing teams.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with minimum 4-6 years of experience in managing operational execution, release coordination, and platform administration for enterprise-scale ServiceNow-based applications. Prior work experience with leading tech industry analyst or B2B SaaS firms will be an advantage
  2. Strong project and program management skills with experience managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  3. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, including expectation setting and escalation handling.
  4. Ability to plan, track, and coordinate releases, enhancements, and operational activities. Highly organized with strong prioritization and execution capabilities.
  5. Good understanding of enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms; deep technical or development expertise not required. Prior knowledge or working on ServiceNow is an added advantage.
  6. Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and client teams.
