Analog Devices (ADI) is a technology leader at the heart of the rapidly evolving automotive industry. As vehicles transition toward Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs), ADI is expanding its leadership beyond silicon into system‑level software and algorithm innovation, with a strong focus on next‑generation automotive audio experiences.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of key automotive audio projects, including technologies such as Personal Sound Zone (PSZ), In‑Car Communication (ICC), and In‑Car Karaoke (ICK) solutions. These initiatives are foundational to advanced in‑vehicle user experiences and require close coordination across software, DSP, systems, silicon, marketing and sales teams.
In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional automotive programs, ensuring alignment across global teams and successful delivery against business objectives. While the primary focus is on end-to-end project execution, a strong software project management background is required to effectively manage development workflows and technical dependencies.
• Oversee and drive the successful execution of automotive projects spanning software, algorithms and systems
• Manage program attributes including schedule, scope, budget, staffing, and cross‑project dependencies
• Continually identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks
• Partner closely with software, DSP, systems, silicon and marketing leaders to ensure delivery of integrated system solutions
• Coordinate day‑to‑day program activities, priorities, meetings, and communications across global teams
• Serve as the primary focal point for program status, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure development activities align with automotive quality and development standards
• Utilize tools such as JIRA to track progress, manage workflows, and maintain execution transparency
• Drive continuous improvement through post‑release lessons learned and process refinement
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of industry experience, with demonstrated success in project / program management in software-intensive environments
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, automotive software lifecycles)
• Hands-on experience using JIRA (or similar tools) for tracking and managing development execution
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional, multi‑site teams through influence rather than authority
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across system, software, and hardware domains
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
