Project Manager (Automotive Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional services, and support team to complete system implementation.
• To make customer satisfaction as good feedback and continue business with strategic customers.
• Manage customers and vendors to deliver products to customer expectations.
• Cost & project timelines estimating, developing the budget, and creating Customer Proposals
• To ensure smooth communication between sales, development, and clients
• Control team quality and resource management
• Analyzing and managing project risk
• Develop Project Plan and tracking project plan (Monitor progress)
• Manage resources, maintain and solve problems related to the developed systems in the project
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
• Perform complex work analysis
• Improve application development process & standards
• Make DR (Screen, Report, Batch) Documents
• Make Database design
• Manage Programmers development
• Make IFT/BCT Script, Perform & Confirm IFT/BCT & make incident sheet Investigate the incidents
• Do impact analysis for any change requests
• Support project director to present customer top management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 8 years experience in software development projects as Project Manager, Functional or Technical Lead
• Experience in Agile software projects is required
• Knowledge of modern technology (MEAN stack development, AWS services, Low code platform)
• Strong business and system analysis skills
• Good command in English
• Knowledge of programming, and database design
• Experience in Manufacturing business, are benefits
